Very happy with my experience with Glass Doctor of Syracuse. Process was easy. Just sent a picture of the window panes I needed replaced and provided measurements. I was referred to Glass Doctor from another business that said I did not need to replace my entire windows. Glass Doctor was able to replace the glass only in two separate windows which saved me more than half the cost. Lauren setup an estimate from pictures and then dispatched Aaron to take accurate measurements while I was not at home. She then called to give me an install date when the replacement glass was expected to be in. Steve and Ryan kept in touch for their arrival time... But I had to leave for work shortly after they arrived. When I returned home, the work was complete and the cleanup immaculate.
